Resort Waterfront Properties

There are few areas of the East Coast that are resort properties that are not completely developed and/or over-developed designed with ‘family’ in mind. Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Pine Knoll Shores, Salter Path and Indian Beach are located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Crystal Coast of North Carolina yet to be fully developed. Resort waterfront properties are still affordable and offer a simple, quiet way of life. The average sales price in Carteret County is rapidly growing and is a prime area for Investment Buyers. We will be happy to provide you with statistical information to support this upon request.

Experts predict the surge in the purchase of rental and second-homes will continue, as baby-boomers reach the prime second-home buying age. Taking the plunge to buy now, before demand shoots through the roof, will enable boomers to afford the home they want when they retire and maximize the return on your investment.

A recent survey released last week at the Home Builders Expo in Orlando reports 50%-60% of boomers (age 50-64) expect to by a second home, an investment property or a new primary residence in the next 90 months. Sounds like the Crystal Coast of North Carolina would be ideal! Thanks for the tip.

Thank you for the information on resort waterfront properties. Perhaps I may have a client who wants to relocate to your area. Luxury waterfront homes are my specialty, albeit, in Miami And Miami Beach. Please see some amazing luxury homes located in Miami and the surrounding areas at
